Ce processus permet de produire des pi\u00e8ces et des composants \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes, avec une grande pr\u00e9cision, et permet la production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les composants fabriqu\u00e9s avec des technologies de moulage sous pression peuvent offrir des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries nettes et des surfaces lisses ou textur\u00e9es, les rendant adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une vaste gamme de produits et d&rsquo;applications.<\/p>\n<p>Notre fonderie de moulage sous haute pression dispose d&rsquo;une vaste gamme de machines pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de flexibilit\u00e9 dans la production. Nos machines permettent la conception et fabrication de diff\u00e9rentes formes et tailles de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Norfran jouit d&rsquo;une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es \u00e9tanches \u00e0 la pression, ainsi qu&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience de coul\u00e9e de composants, tels que des fixations, des tuyaux et m\u00eame des composants \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Norfran a mis en place un programme d&rsquo;investissement continu, r\u00e9sultant en 13 cellules de moulage sous pression enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9es utilisant des robots ABB 6 axes et des syst\u00e8mes de pulv\u00e9risation CNC 2 axes. Nos cellules enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9es sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9es pour des cycles de production plus longs et \u00e0 grand volume. Les 4 autres machines sont semi-automatis\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es pour les plus petites s\u00e9ries de production. Au total, l&rsquo;installation dispose de 17 machines de coul\u00e9e sous pression \u00e0 chambre froide pour aluminium allant de 180 tonnes \u00e0 800 tonnes. Nous disposons \u00e9galement de 4 machines de coul\u00e9e sous pression \u00e0 chambre chaude pour zinc allant de 20 tonnes \u00e0 200 tonnes. Nous pouvons couler des pi\u00e8ces de 0,002 \u00e0 9,00 kg.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les avantages du moulage sous haute pression<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Production \u00e0 grande vitesse &#8211; Le moulage sous pression permet la r\u00e9alisation de formes complexes avec des tol\u00e9rances plus \u00e9troites que de nombreux autres processus de production de masse. Peu ou pas d&rsquo;usinage est n\u00e9cessaire et des centaines de milliers de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es identiques peuvent \u00eatre produites avant qu&rsquo;un outillage suppl\u00e9mentaire ne soit n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle et stabilit\u00e9 &#8211; Le moulage sous pression produit des pi\u00e8ces qui sont dimensionnellement stables et durables, tout en maintenant des tol\u00e9rances \u00e9troites. Les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sistance et poids &#8211; Le processus de moulage sous pression convient aux pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 parois minces, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire le poids tout en maintenant la r\u00e9sistance. En outre, le moulage sous pression peut incorporer plusieurs composants dans un m\u00eame moulage, \u00e9liminant ainsi le besoin de jonction ou de fixations. Cela signifie que la r\u00e9sistance est celle de l&rsquo;alliage et non celle du processus d&rsquo;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Techniques de finition multiples &#8211; Les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es sous pression peuvent \u00eatre produites avec une surface lisse ou textur\u00e9e. Elles peuvent en outre \u00eatre facilement plaqu\u00e9es ou finies avec une pr\u00e9paration de surface minimale.<\/p>\n<p>Assemblage simplifi\u00e9\u00a0&#8211; Les moulages sous pression permettent la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de fixation int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, tels que des bossages et des goujons.
