Se recomienda hablar con la persona encargada del dise\u00f1o del molde desde un principio siempre que se requiera la estanqueidad de la presi\u00f3n para aprovechar el conocimiento b\u00e1sico de dise\u00f1o y los factores de procesado que le ayudaran a dise\u00f1ar un molde estanco de presi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con la producci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de moldes con estanqueidad de presi\u00f3n se debe tener en cuenta lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Dise\u00f1o<br \/>\n<\/strong>La inyecci\u00f3n correcta de moldes con estanqueidad de presi\u00f3n exige el correcto cumplimiento de los principios de un buen dise\u00f1o de moldes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Las recomendaciones acerca de los filetes, las costillas y las esquinas deben seguirse con atenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Las secciones deben ser lo m\u00e1s uniformes posible..<\/li>\n<li>Los agujeros u los pasajes que deban mantener la estanqueidad de la presi\u00f3n deber\u00e1n ahuecarse para reducir el efecto de la porosidad.<\/li>\n<li>En los agujeros ahuecados y en los pasajes no maquinados deber\u00e1 mantenerse un remetido ancho. Deber\u00e1 evitarse la inyecci\u00f3n de secciones pesadas.<\/li>\n<li>Tomar en cuenta los factores para un buen dise\u00f1o le ayudar\u00e1 a una inyecci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de moldes con estanqueidad de presi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>2. Maquinado<br \/>\n<\/strong>El tipo de proceso de inyecci\u00f3n provoca que la superficie exterior de la pieza normalmente sea densa y relativamente libre de porosidad.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inlineList\">\n<ul>\n<li>Para evitar tener que quitar parte de una pieza inyectada en la que deba existir porosidad, debe dejarse una m\u00ednima cantidad de material del molde.<\/li>\n<li>Evite partes arremetidas con un \u00e1ngulo muy grande, puesto que se deber\u00eda eliminar gran cantidad de material de la superficie que se tenga que maquinar, en especial donde se realicen los agujeros.<\/li>\n<li>Las piezas que se tengan que maquinar no deber\u00edan maquinarse en ambos lados de la misma secci\u00f3n de una pieza.<\/li>\n<li>Las piezas en las que deba aplicarse un largo proceso de maquinado, probablemente se tengan que impregnar tras el maquinado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>3. Tama\u00f1o<br \/>\n<\/strong>Las piezas de fundici\u00f3n inyectada de mayor tama\u00f1o normalmente es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil que mantengan la estanqueidad de la presi\u00f3n, por lo que el moldeador deber\u00e1 comprobar la presi\u00f3n para garantizar un control correcto del proceso. La impregnaci\u00f3n normalmente es necesaria para piezas de gran tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Presi\u00f3n<br \/>\n<\/strong>La presi\u00f3n necesaria para las piezas de fundici\u00f3n inyectada normalmente se encuentra entre 0,3 y 1,0 bar.Las presiones que sobrepasen los 6,8 bar deber\u00e1n tener una consideraci\u00f3n especial<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
