Entre los factores que lo determinan encontramos el tama\u00f1o, el grosor de la pared, la forma y la complejidad de la pieza.<\/p>\n<h2>Devanado en capas conc\u00e9ntricas de la superficie de las piezas fundidas<\/h2>\n<p>El devanado en capas conc\u00e9ntricas de superficies de las piezas fundidas se ve afectado por el tipo de los elementos de la pieza que se utilice. Entre ellos encontramos las superficies con relaciones fijas (formadas por un solo miembro del molde) mediante secciones opuestas del molde, mediante miembros auxiliares del molde, como por ejemplo carros y n\u00facleos, o combinaciones de ambos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"techSplit\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"techImg alignright lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/norfran.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/sp-techimg_tolerances.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"289\" height=\"475\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 289px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 289\/475;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Tolerancia b\u00e1sica &#8211; Superficie fija en la relaci\u00f3n con el molde<br \/>\n<\/strong>Las superficies cil\u00edndricas A y B est\u00e1n formadas por la misma secci\u00f3n del molde. Si el di\u00e1metro de A es de 178 mm y el di\u00e1metro de B es de 102 mm, el di\u00e1metro de A ser\u00e1 conc\u00e9ntrico al di\u00e1metro de B en 0,25 mm dentro de la lectura del indicador total (T.I.R.) [0,10 mm + (4 x 0,04)] = 0,26 mm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Superficies formadas por secciones opuestas del molde<br \/>\n<\/strong>Los di\u00e1metros A y B est\u00e1n formados por mitades opuestas del molde. Si el \u00e1rea proyectada C del molde es 250 x 380 (950 cm2), la superficie cil\u00edndrica A tiene 200 mm de di\u00e1metro y la superficie cil\u00edndrica B tiene 150 mm de di\u00e1metro, el di\u00e1metro A ser\u00e1 conc\u00e9ntrico con B en 1,06 mm dentro de la lectura del indicador total (T.I.R.)..<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Superficies formadas por dos miembros m\u00f3viles del molde<br \/>\n<\/strong>El di\u00e1metro de A y de B est\u00e1 formado por dos miembros m\u00f3viles del molde.
